Wood to design Europe's largest high-purity manganese processing facility
Wood has appointed industry veteran Jesús Pulido as Operations Director of its U.S. Minerals & Metals business.
Jesús will advance key minerals and metals projects at Wood, leading teams to provide full-scale engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) and decarbonization solutions across the U.S., with a particular focus on delivering minerals critical to the energy transition.
Jesús brings with him 30 years of international experience in high-profile project delivery, portfolio management and operations across major mining and engineering companies, including Rio Tinto, CH2M, Jacobs, Worley and Thyssenkrupp Mining.

Jesús is based in Denver, Colorado. He holds degrees in Electrical Engineering, Project Management and Business Administration, has studied operations and business leadership at Duke Corporate Education and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI) of North America.
