What is an Employee Consultative Forum?
An ECF is an established concept and exists within many organisations. It is made up of a group of nominated employee representatives who meet on a regular basis to hear updates from the business, discuss proposals or issues relating to employee relations, and to support formal consultations, where required.
Why are we creating an ECF at Wood?
The aim of Wood’s ECF is to open a two-way communication process between Wood management and its offshore employee population, by engaging in regular consultation.
