Wood's renewable energy control centre is a technical support hub providing site owners with asset management services for operational portfolios.

Since 2016, our operational control room, based in our Glasgow office, has maintained a diverse portfolio of wind, solar and battery energy storage system assets.

Working closely with asset managers and O&M contractors, our dedicated team provides the following 24/7 services:

• Grid control point services
• Wind farm management and operational control under Wind Turbine Safety Rules
• Fault monitoring, reset and escalation
• Emergency response plan coordination and HSE documentation review
• Outage planning
• Weather monitoring
